If the trapdoor ever gets stuck open the most probable cause is that the arms have locked at the elbow. This is not serious and happens from time to time all you have to do is pull the arms towards you so they are free to bend again. Top of page |

There is a gap between the top and middle section of the stairs. If you notice a gap between the top and middle sections of the stairs this means the bottom stringer has been cut to the wrong length. You will need to recheck your measurements, as you may need to take a little more off the bottom section.
